Leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork. The training is thorough, and there are opportunities for growth within the company. While the job can be challenging, it's also incredibly fulfilling knowing we make a real difference in people’s lives. I appreciate the supportive environment and the focus on providing quality care. Highly recommend Pathway Enterprises for both employment and services!

As a new employee (about 4 weeks), I was apprehensive about working in a residential environment. From my very first experience with Linda Knight in HR to my every day experiences with my coworkers, I have been impressed with their level of kindness and compassion. My house manager is dedicated to our residents to a degree that again, has been highly impressive. My background is 10 years caregiving and 6 years in special education and I have thoroughly appreciated the level of care I have seen.

Although no place of employment is perfect, Pathway Enterprises comes close! This company truly strives to take care of its employees and the community it serves. We always hope to find our "dream job," and after six years with Pathway, I can say that I found mine. I highly recommend it as a place to work and as a place to seek services for folks with disabilities.

Best company I’ve ever worked for. They treat their employees with the utmost respect and support the employees to best support the individuals we are all there to support. No one in the company is above doing any aspect of the job. In times of need, every one helps everyone and there’s always a shoulder to lean on. I’ve worked here 6.5 years and plan to be here for many more years.

I am writing to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care provided to Braden from the Pathway team, during his recent ER visit and hospitalization. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care that Braden received from the Pathway team during his recent emergency room visit and subsequent three-day hospital stay. On Wednesday, February 19, Braden had a seizure that resulted in a dislocated shoulder, aspiration, and other concerns that caused him to be admitted. During those challenging three days, the on-duty Pathway team of Charis, Micah, Megan, and Nick showed their true colors—demonstrating compassion, commitment, and a genuine team spirit. Megan, Charis, and Nick each played a vital role in ensuring that Braden received exceptional care. Megan's expertise was evident in her comprehensive understanding of Braden's treatment, managing intricate details like medications and documentation with a reassuring demeanor. Charis's positive, can-do attitude shone through as he covered two overnight shifts. Nick seamlessly took over for Chairs on the final day, maintaining the excellent coverage. This did not go unnoticed by the hospital staff either. Each day a new member of the hospital staff would remark to me about the impressive level of attention Braden was receiving from his team. In addition, the rest of Braden’s care team including Micah, Daniel, Amanda and Susie continually checked in to see how Braden was doing and if they could be of any help. We surely never felt alone during this difficult time. In sum, I want to express my thanks to Pathway as an organization where the true colors of kindness and excellence shine through when they are needed most. I am sure this level of care has been extended to other residents in similarly difficult circumstances; something all the more important to those who do not have the natural family supports that Braden has. The dedication and teamwork displayed by everyone makes an indelible difference in our lives and our family is deeply grateful for the care and compassion extended to Braden and to us.
Sincerely, Michael, Lori, and Madi Boll
