Jennifer began her career as a DSP at Pathway while pursuing a degree in Forensic Nursing, where she quickly discovered a deep passion for supporting individuals in the I/DD community. This passion led to opportunities for growth within the company, leading to her current role as a Residential Director. Growing up in a large, military-oriented family in Southern Oregon instilled in her a strong dedication to supporting employees who serve in the military–a commitment she was recognized for with the Patriotic Employer Award. In her free time, you’ll often find her at home with her spouse, Tyler, and their lively assortment of animals.
