Ali grew up in Ashland, Oregon, and went on to attend the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) after high school. She earned a degree in Family and Human Services before returning to Southern Oregon to find a career that reflected her passion for helping others. In 2010, Ali joined Pathway as a DSP in their Alternative to Employment Program. When the program was dissolved 6 months later, she embraced the opportunity to explore other roles within the organization. She transitioned to the Supported Employment department as an Assistant Manager, later advancing to Manager, Employment Director, Policy and Compliance Director, and in 2024 was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Ali is an active member of the Nonprofit Association of Oregon (NAO) Policy Leadership Council, where she values the opportunity to collaborate with fellow nonprofit leaders dedicated to driving change through advocacy. Outside of work, she enjoys puzzling, reading memoirs, adventuring with friends and spending time with her husband, Beau, their two kids, Delilah and Beckett, and their dog, Olive.
